Executing with -v (verbose on) switch is strongly suggested.

This version has the following known problems:

1. Paper size autoselection (A4 or letter) works on a very stupid way.
2. Current (November, 2000) drivers do not support paper size other than A4, so using this script may cause some problem.
3. Does not support "1.1.x suggestion" or later drivers. You can use this script with these drivers, but reduced ink consumption and black cartridge usage must be setupped by hand.
